I am looking forward to sharing this adventure with you. I am also hoping this exercise in creativity will be a good way for me to jump start the planning process and allow me to develop my writing skills that have been a bit neglected since I graduated almost two years ago.
My fantastic fiance has given his blessing for this new blogging endeavor and, (as this is a wedding planning blog) will be making lots of appearances here. For the sake of internet security we will call him SaltyRaines, or just Salty for short. (get it? Sweet and Salty, har har har)We are both "outdoorsy" types who have trouble sitting still for too long. We have been together nearly three years and are planning a wedding for this coming April. Salty and I are happily nestled in the middle of the Dairy State, (is that it's official name?) Wisconsin and are getting settled into life together again after a nearly 14 month stretch of long distance relationship (more on that to come).
Thank you for joining us on this adventure! I look forward to sharing every step and project. Hopefully we will both learn a lot along the way!
